Padmore-Othniel is a passionate student of leadership with over 18 years of experience influencing people across generations. He holds a master’s degree in occupational safety and health risk management from the Open University of Malaysia and currently works as Base Operations Manager at a leading Oil and Gas service company in Ghana.
He is the visionary and team lead of Tasso Pattern of Leadership Organization (T-POLO), a nonprofit focused on raising God-fearing servant leaders in various sectors of society. Padmore has mentored through the Yale Young African Scholars program and is the author of Don’t Wait for the Stage, a book that continues to inspire young professionals and corporate leaders.
